At Soul Snap, we want you to love your photo magnets as much as we love making them. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right - whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Because each magnet is handmade, minor variations are normal. If something arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
